Previously releasing two stunning capsule collections, the 21-year-old is back with his third and much-awaited Holiday 2012 collection.
Paying homage to the designs that cemented his pursuance of the designing dream, Daniel Mark Bumgarner’s new line brings elements from his first and second capsule collections together in a battle of sheer versus opaque sports wear couture. The line plays with prismatic shapes and textures while a sharp use of color brings pure vibrancy to each design. Geometric lines and patterns are also present in the garments as Mark continues on with his tradition of including coy and strategic cutouts in his designs for an alluring veiled peak at a woman’s body. Choosing to use mesh with a touch of metallic color has given Mark the ability to deliver classic silhouettes with a touch of futurism through out the collection. A sexy and seductive vibe, however, is brought forth by opulent lace embroidery used in cohesion with the mesh and bright colors, bringing each design to a sound, full circle.
